Do you
think you could organise the wildest evening of the season?
Well,
every Wednesday in the Cactus Saloon you’ll have a chance to do just that! Sign
up now! Show us what you can do!
The
three winning teams will share the grand sum of 2000 Cactus Pesos (1 Cactus Pesos = 1 Swiss Franc).
You can use them wherever you want:
in the Cactus, in the Cantina or in the Neige-Aventure
shop or even for your on line shopping at Ocactus.com and Onthemountain.ch.
(1st 1000.- 2nd 600.- 3rd 400.-)
Basically
this it how it works:
-
Form a team of 5 people max: 4
to be behind the bar and 1 to do the music (if you can’t find anyone with
Dj talent then you can provide the Cactus Saloon staff with a play list).

Find a theme for the evening
and tell us when you sign up.

Create flyers and posters. The
Cactus will pay for printing.

Pass the word around. Use your
blog, website, e-mail etc…

Every team will have a budget
of about 150 Francs for decorations, cocktails and any other original ideas.

Your team will have to work
from
9:00pm until
Cactus closing time
2:30am.

You will have 3 bottles of
alcohol available so that you give out some free drinks during the
evening.
To judge the best Bar Tender evening, the jury will
consider the following elements:
1. The
promotion of the party
2. The
graphic quality of the posters and flyers
3. The
decoration of the bar
4. The
speed and quality of the service
5. The
atmosphere during the evening
6. The
music
7. The
originality of the theme
8. The
profit
